1.Performance and usage
Benzalkonium Chloride (DDBAC/BKC/1227) is a cationic surfactant,belongs to a non-oxidizing bactericide, has broad-spectrum and efficient sterilization and algae killing capabilities, can effectively control the reproduction of bacteria and algae and the growth of slime in water. It has good slime peeling effect and certain dispersion and penetration effect,also has certain oil removal, deodorization ability and corrosion inhibition effect.
It has low toxicity, no cumulative toxicity,easy soluble in water, and is not affected by water hardness. Therefore, it is widely used in circulating cooling water systems in petroleum, chemical, electric power, textile and other industries to control bacteria and algae in circulating cooling water systems. It has special effects on killing sulfate reducing bacteria.
It can be used as a bactericide, antifungal agent, softener, antistatic agent, emulsifier, conditioner, etc. in the textile printing and dyeing industry.

3.Using Method:
As a bactericidal algaecide, the general dosage is 50-100mg/L; as a slime stripper, the dosage is 200-300mg/L, when necessary, an appropriate amount of silicone defoaming agent can be added. It can be used in conjunction with other fungicides, such as isothiazolinone, glutaraldehyde, dithiocyanomethane, etc. to achieve a synergistic effect, but it cannot be used together with chlorophenols. If dirt appears in the circulating water due to peeling after adding this product, it should be filtered or fished out in time to avoid sedimentation after the foam disappears.
Do not mix with anionic surfactants such as polyacrylic acid, hydrolyzed polypropylene, etc.
4.Package and Storage:
25 kg or 200kg plastic barrel; 80% content is 190kg/barrel
Store in a cool and ventilated place indoors, storage period is 1 year.
5. Safety protection
Benzalkonium Chloride (DDBAC/BKC/1227) has a slight almond smell and has no obvious irritation to the skin. When in contact with the skin, just rinse with water.
